Mosaic can help you find that local option you once used or identify some amazing new creatives in places you’ve never shot in before. Multiple projects can exist on a user’s home page and photographer portfolios can be searched and saved to projects, then shared with various stakeholders for approval. Photographers and creatives can be searched via skills, locations, credits and experience. Their availability can be monitored and secure direct messaging through the app can be maintained.

Once you receive an invitation to join Mosaic, the on-boarding process could not be easier. Account information, websites, social media links, Creative specialties, Union and Affiliated links, IMDB credits can be added in seconds. Geo location, languages, resume and other experience can also be listed. Finally, upload an image portfolio of 50 images with a profile picture that best describes the work you create. Profile creation in under five minutes and with the ability to safely secure data and imagery and access for updating and editing profiles. Additionally, personal work calendars and diaries can be maintained to allow for clients to immediately view availability; profile reporting analytics and direct client messaging and contact request options also available.
